8) do not leave a client waiting for you at the door! 9) after completing the test keep one copy of the results. 7) you can then go through the test again one more time so that you can pick up from the last answers. (We recommend a "Yes" with a "Yes-No" response format) 5) let her/him go home and start to do any normal things 6) you can then start to move on with the next client and do the test with the next client. Then give a "Yes" or "No" response on the computer. Have the client get ready to start the test by checking out all items with a response, "Is that correct?" You may also ask a few more questions to be sure it is correct.

Have the client sit in the chair and listen to the tape and ask questions as you are getting information from the client. Procedures for the screening of individual symptoms 1) have the therapist begin with the individual on the telephone or in front of the client but first listen to the client 2) if the client has any medical issues, have the client come in for a medical checkup or ask the client to bring in a doctor that will run the background check 3) have the client bring in a friend to be with the client during the test 4) when it is time to start the test, start by putting the client in a comfortable chair at the beginning for a few minutes. Be changed depending on the client's needs and capabilities 6) there can be a question for the client about what information they wish to get in an abbreviated version 7) if there are multiple protocols being used the protocol being read aloud or scored could be switched back and forth between client and examiner 8) you can also use the same protocol to screen the different procedures for the client 9) we do not believe it gives any validity to the diagnostic criteria for any individual client 10) we would not allow a client to score a different protocol than what they were originally administered 11) when you score a protocol use "yes" or "no" statements on the computer and have the client respond to you at various times, at his/her own pace 12) there should be a way to review the scores using our client scoring sheet 13) if you are using the score sheets to screen for individual diagnostic problems, if we find any individual problems, we would ask the therapist to repeat the protocol.
